Rotary Airlock Repair Process
Units are Cleaned before and Disassembled, all Parts are checked for any scores or wear, Rotor is checked for any bending, or balance issues, once our team has given it's full evaluation a quote is sent
Once given Approval for Repairs
Rotor Blade Tips and face are built up and Machined to size, Housing is honed smooth and can be coated with a Belzona coating or Plated with Hard Chrome depending on the application, all bearing and packing surfaces are machined to size and rotor is balanced, unit is assembled and ready for shipping
