All Units that come in are Disassembled, and our Technicians inspect the Lobes and lips for wear, Timing gears are marked and removed Shafts and bearing surfaces are inspected and evaluated then a formal Quote is given
Once given Approval for Repairs
Our Team Will Buildup and Machine Lobe Lips, machine shafts to original size, then all bearings and seals are replaced, then Blower is tested and ready for delivery back to your location
